Meet the founder

Susan Reis DiVito is the founder and director of The Complexity Project. She holds an MBA in Economics from New York University and is completing an MS in Applied Neuroscience at King's College London. She works with individuals on cognitive and emotional capacity through a private coaching and meditation practice, and previously served as state lead for an electoral and political reform organization in New York. She volunteers in end-of-life care and teaches meditation at Rikers Island. Her work spans the personal, interpersonal, and transpersonal, and she believes the same architecture of capacity that enables individual transformation is what democratic and social systems ultimately require.
